This course is designed to help you apply AI to everyday workplace tasks while strengthening your judgment, clarity, creativity, and accountability. In this four-module, self-directed course, you will learn practical ways to use AI as a thinking partner, productivity assistant, communication coach, and collaboration support tool.

By the end of the course, you will have created several practical AI-supported work products, including communication drafts, a team collaboration best practices, and a problem-solving using Microsoft Copilot and Claude. Learners will improve their skills in using AI responsibly to solve workplace problems, communicate clearly, collaborate with teams, and manage routine work more effectively.
